The Thesis

Built from twenty years of gathering.

For twenty years, a small group of eight founders has gathered quarterly — a Forum in the tradition of YPO and EO. Confidential, peer-to-peer, no hierarchy. The format came from those communities. What we discovered was what happens when you show up, over and over, in places worth going to.

What emerged was something rare: a community that compounds. Relationships that deepen instead of plateau. A way of being with fellow founders that goes beneath the surface.

Campo Sessions is inspired by that. Brought to a wider circle of founders who are seeking something more than the usual circuit — without needing to be part of any existing organization to find it.

What Campo Is
